The room was clean, the shower hot, the bed comfortable and the air con powerful - all the things you expect in a mid/budget range hotel. But what really set this one out form the others were the staff. So friendly and helpful. I arrived very early (9am) so my room wasn't ready so they stored my luggage for me and I came back later. They had already put my bags in my room for me ready. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Whilst I'd expect that in a top hotel, that sort of going the extra distance I don't usually find in a mid/budget range. I would stay again

Check in was after 2pm, advised we could have a 11am check out next day, which we appreciated, however got a message on my phone at 10.15am to say our room wasn't vacated and that our checkout was 10am. Apart from that, excellent service and room clean.

Basically more an apartment hotel with minimal service. Even room service is not daily and needs to be requested. Car parking is NZ$30 a day. Don’t expect too much other than a room to stay. I had the bigger room which came with a small kitchenette and clothes washing machine and dryer. For the price you could live anywhere in the city at better branded hotels. I stayed here as it was near where my meetings were.

酒店緊挨著奧克蘭最繁忙的1號高速公路，晚上像是睡在高速公路一樣非常的吵，酒店的窗戶非常的不隔音。並且房間非常小，酒店的床品有頭髮，浴巾上也有頭髮。酒店的潛規則會按照當天預訂的情況優先安排好一些的、離高速路稍微遠一點房間給外國人，最後的才是亞洲人，國人預訂這間酒店的時候一定要考慮一下。
